Mary Combeferre had always been given everything she had ever wanted. Being the duke's daughter and twelfth in line for the throne technically made her a princess, and she was treated as one by every person she met. Everything she ever wanted was handed to her, and she would never have to work a day in her life.

But when she meets Enjolras, a passionate young revolutionary fighting to end the monarchy, she begins to question everything she knows. She learns the truth about the world, and about herself.

And along the way, she learns what it means to truly love someone, and be loved in return.

⋆

Based on the 1845 novel written by Victor Hugo, the musical written by Claude-Michel Schönberg, & the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables.
