Out on the sea, a big black ship sailed lazily over the water. The sun beat down on a weathered, rugged crew of sailors.
"Ship on our port side! Looks like a
merchant ship!"
The man on the mast shouted down to
the rest of the crew. The crew cheered
and rushed to the railings to look out over the water at the distant ship. A man in a long black coat came out from the captain's quarters. He had a hat on
shadowing his face.
"Let's get 'em then, boys!"
He shouted. The men cheered again and
rushed to their places, turning the ship
towards the merchant vessel and the
Black Snake sped forwards, cutting
through the salty waves with ease. Once
the ships were close enough to each
other, the man in the coat shouted out
a single command to his crew.
"FIRE!"
The pirate crew roared,
"AYE, Captain Venom!"

"Captain, There's a dark cloud descending onto the three ships!" yells the lookout. Tomas looks out through his telescope. It was true there was a black cloud almost covering the three ships. "Finish them off!" he yells. "Yes sir!" the cannon men yell. All four of the ships shoot at the black cloud. A voice echo's loudly through the air "I WILL GET REVENGE!!! SHE WILL DIE!!! You think I am here to listen to your story?" the Sailor seemed amused "Yes" answered the Old Keeper in deep thought, looking to the sea. The Sailor broke the brief silence and said "Well it seems that I have to stay here for a while, looks like a storm is on its way..." he pointed out of the window to the now grey clouded sky "So go on, tell me your story." "You know your safe here." He didn't mean it as a question but simply a statement. Letting out a little laugh I fully looked at him. "May we sail far tonight because the land is no place for me and there is no where on it I shall ever be safe." "But you are safe in the ocean?" He asked, frowning slightly. I shook my head. "I am destined to die by drowning. It is why we left the ocean though manny believed if we had stayed then my destiny may have changed." "How can you drown where you can breath under water?" He said looking very confused. "I can only breath under water when I want to, witch makes me think that when I die it will be because I choose to." I told him as I began to drift off. ~~~ When a half mer held captive for most of his life finaly escapes he finds that freedom is better than he dreamed, yet with both the fake king of land and the real king of sea hunting him he knows he only has so long to enjoy it. Yet he has one hope, find Eric, the only suviving member of the true royal family and restore him to the throne. Then and only then he could be safe somwhere. But with only a ship full of missfit pirates and their Captine Praxis to help him he realises that there isnt much hope as time run's out.Concluida
