Following World War III, America is divided into multitudes of factions. Few still inhabit living people, and even fewer are prosperous.

The three most prominent factions, Anteric, Ephialtes, and Halcyon, manage to keep what's left of the population alive. However, this becomes quite difficult sometimes when you acknowledge that the Anteric and Ephialtes factions were formed by 2 rival families - and both families want control of the neutral and uninhabited area which houses what used to be Washington, D.C.

To do this, each family formed an Espionage department, which for all intents and purposes, does not exist. Made up of the most elite and skilled strategists, engineers, doctors, and hitmen, each family strives to gain intel from the other in order to claim what they believe is rightfully their's.
