A children's book representing earth day. About the life of a tree and how she perceives the world around her and processes the ongoing change the earth goes through and what she experiences in her local forest. I wrote this as a 6th grader in English class, I was bored with the earth day topic I had been assigned and decided to write my own short story based off my own earth day topic.

Everything was normal. The day went perfectly as usual for Martha. Until one night her 5 year old daughter asked her a very simple question. "What is earth?" Thats when some lost memories start to resurface again. What does she say to her daughter? Does she give her the scientific defination of earth, or is it filled with her personal experience and emotions? #Wattys2016 #JustWriteIt #EarthLove P.S. For some unknown reason, in the story info page it is sometimes shown that only one chapter is updated. But the story is complete.Complete
