While she is in the Sanatorium, she meets 2 people, one becoming her best friend, and another becoming a possible love interest. After a couple of weeks, or days, strange things start to happen in the Sanatorium. It becomes Esther's mission to escape from the Sanatorium, taking her friends along with her.
