With 80% of the population possessing what used to be referred to as "inhuman" abilities, it's no surprise that chaos would ensue. At first no one could rise against those who had the intention to harm and kill. Until the first heroes emerged. Years later, a new batch of heroes are emerging, much stronger and better than the others. The age of Heroes and Villains have reached its crescendo, and through the dust, Spectre rises.
