Zoe has lived in the same harbor town her entire life. Working at the pier in the off season is a drag, but Captain, her boss, keeps her on her toes and always puts a smile on her face. Zoe has been dating Jack, Cap's grandson, on and off since high school. June rolls around and a new stranger, Maxwell, docks his boat across from their shop.
