Frisk has freed all the monsters from the underground; this story takes place a few years later. By this time Frisk is living with Sans and Papyrus. Sans doesn't really do much on the surface other than sleep, keep an eye socket on Frisk and occasionally visit Alphys...so it seems. Frisk is preferably a girl in this world but I will use words such as: they, them, their, etc. If you prefer they be a male. *Oh man, okay! Roommates (Sansgore)
(Toby Fox owns UnderTale, I plan to replace the cover with my own, and there needs to be more Sansgore like what the actual heck) After the surface was finally in the monsters grasps, they were so excited to move on and find new lives under the sun. However, Papyrus wants Sans to move on and get his own life and house. When Sans sees that Asgore too has no plans for the surface, he offers that they could be roommates in this small house. Asgore agrees. They're totally not gay for each other.Complete

The surface was not what Sans thought it would be. Lack of communication skills, communication in general, and social interaction had driven him into a depressed and anxious state of loneliness so deep that it'd take a gang of serial killers to help drag him out and fix his problems. Literally, it took a gang of murderers called CreepyPasta just to set things right. The world acts in funny ways.
