Flame - Short Story

Flame;
A fire that burns,
Who dances alone.
As one approaches
They may experience
The soft warmth.
As it slowly burns
The candle wax
One may hear
The whispers.
They tell you
Many sayings;
Desires,
Pains,
Dreams,
Loathes,
Truths,
Lies,
Blessings,
And sins.
If you pay attention
You can imagine
Realities
And paradises.
But never,
Ever,
Get too close.
For sometimes
The flame burns.
