Unwanted Beauty

"I was named after what they saw on the outside.

Every ROSE has a thorn and mine was in fact the very "GIFT" I was "GIVEN!"

I didn't notice how materialistic and mesmerized everyone was with beauty and being every possible definition of that word until it became the very definition of how people viewed me.

I am not just another pretty face...

Everywhere I go everyone always envies how my outer appearance flourish's with the kind of beauty they wished they could have.

Also as time grows up so does my beauty; people beginning to notice me more and more all the time.

My beauty makes people stop and stare and become speechless in my presence, or at least that's how it makes me feel.

So here I am 20 years into my life and the only thing attached to my name is
"Hey that's that girl Rose, she has such a pretty face...I wish I could talk to like her!"

What's the point of beauty if no one can appreciate it??"
