The Missing Piece

Koyuki Shinomiya, the adopted sister of the world renowned chef, Kojiro Shinomiya.

At the age of four, she was transferred to an orphanage to live there for a year. A year later, she was adopted into the Shinomiya household.

Her life changed entirely.

Long gone was the past and now born anew.

Years later, she arrived at Tōtsuki Tea Ceremony and Cooking Academy, a famous international culinary school in Tokyo, Japan, to follow her dreams of one day becoming the top chef in Totsuki, and own her very own restaurant, just like her brother.

In the school, she would face many challenges-- whether it had to do with cooking or friendship, or even romance. Some way or another, she would have to find a way to overcome all these obstacles.

And most importantly, will she finally find the missing ingredient to perfect her cooking?
