Avonlea never had the opportunity to know what home was. Because apparently, it wasn't any of the houses she'd lived in her whole life. Until Lucas fell at her feet. Literally. Then home were his arms, his rare dimpled smiles, and the way his eyes sent her in a time rush, where she didn't know the difference between silly dreams and old forgotten memories.

BLURB
His voice is so steady in contrast with my heartbeats when he says, "Ave, I think it's important to realize that you can miss something and still not want it back. We're humans after all."
Have I ever told him to start writing his own book with how well he makes me lose my words at how he speaks?
And... Ave?
My smile stretches on my face as I remind him, "it's Avonlea. With the amount of times I've told you, people would say it has to be engraved somewhere on your brain."
His eyes move from my eyes, to my smile, and if he keeps this stare thing up, it won't be there in a minute.
But then his grey pools settle on my lips and the smile vanishes from them as quickly as it came, especially with the warning tone he uses with my new nickname, "Ave."
It's decided then. I have a new nickname. I was getting bored of the old one anyway.
The redness on my neck goes on it's journey toward my cheeks, splattering them in a blush I can't quite hide from him, especially when his voice drops an octave as he pulls my lower lip from between my teeth, "stop doing that, darlin', you're killing me."
You've never seen blush until you've seen the red hue of it splash over my whole face, until all I can feel is hot, and his body between my thighs.
Oh, and that kiss that quickly steals my breath away.Tüm Hakları Saklıdır
