A year before Atsushi came to the agency the ADA had a case of a killer who has been burning victims in the alleyway and Dazai Osamu was sent to investigate it with Maura Jasmine to find out who is the culprit of these deaths and nevertheless, the culprit was a teenager who had a weird glowing ability. After learning the Culprit's name; Neon, she was then tested and passed the exam of joining the agency. One year later she met her childhood friend Atsushi again but what would happen when the two orphans were caught in a battle with the Port Mafia? Will they survive or get Atsushi kidnapped by the Port Mafia.
