Logan, Patton, Roman, and Virgil are all new adults looking for an apartment. Patton is 23 and works at a small craft store downtown. He finds a really decent apartment to live in but realizes that he'll need roommates to afford to live in the place.
Roman gets kicked out of his old apartment for forgetting to pay rent. But he couldn't just go back to his parents so he searched for an apartment.
Virgil had just graduated college. He got a job as a waiter at a restaurant and was looking for an apartment to live in too.
Logan has always had his stuff together. But this time since his old roommates kicked him out he got desperate for a place to stay.
The three of them saw the offer Patton put up online and immediately took it.
They all seem alright and normal with eachother until...one finds out the other has something very unique about them.

Baby Sides!!
Don't hate me, only a few of the sides are babies. Well.. three of them. And Thomas isnt in this story. 😂 Poor Thomas, he gets left out of most Fanders' stories. Well the baby sides are none other than Virgil, Patton and Janus! In this story, Logan, Roman and Remus are all roommates. In Logan's house. The twins don't have their own home so they live with Logan. And one day, really randomly, a knock on the door had gotten their attention. Like a normal person, Logan answered the door. He was confused when he seen a card board box about half his size with tiny holes in the top and a letter taped to it. Logan opened the letter and read it. "Dear Whomever, These two may be a handful at times but they are the best kids one could ask for. Patton is the little boy wearing the light blue shirt and a light gray blanket with glasses. Virgil is the one with the short sleeve purple shirt and head phones, Music keeps him calm. They are complete opposites. Patton is the happy and curious one, while on the other hand, Virgil is the introvert who doesn't like people.. Please take care of them!! ~Sincerely, Anonymous." The House Across The Street *COMPLETED*
Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. One introvert plus one extrovert and a quarantine order forcing them to stay in an apartment for a unknown amount of time is a recipe for disaster. Or so Virgil thinks. He's a quiet college student who lives an apartment close to campus because he rather not risk random placement. When his friend is looking for another roommate he gracefully accepts. After almost two years of living with the same people, he has some strong opinions. One of those is how much he dislikes Roman. Now he's stuck with him in a three bedroom apartment and he doesn't even have the buffers there to prevent arguments. After a few weeks, though is he truly feeling the same way? Has he always hated Roman or was he just trying to avoid his actual feelings about his roommate? *This is a AU that has to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine situation, it won't have anything too bad about the disease but it will have mentions of it. They are also in college so there might be adult situations and mentions of alcohol.
