It's Goten's twenty-first birthday, and he's invited Trunks to celebrate with him. However, his ex-girlfriend, Valese, also shows up. And when she tries hitting it off with Goten again, Trunks starts feeling extremely ill. 

Are his feelings for Goten just making him uncomfortable, or is there something more damaging him from the inside..?
