Within these pages, Xandra Penclaw collects poetry she has written about paganism, worship of the gods, and anarchist politics. These are the poems which speak to herr political beliefs as well as her spiritual ones, which seek to connect her religion with her praxis, and chart a way forward through the mess that capitalism and the state have imposed on the world. These are poems of gods and heroes, of terrible pain and suffering, and of the hope of a world free from tyranny.
