2 detectives attempt to make the city civilians  to be in a stabler  than the one they are by solving the most important  case of their lives, how the city turned into chaos.
But within this city, lies powerful men,
men with the self-proclaimed powers given upon them by a cooperation with domination in plan and they will get in their way of finding the truth and revealing it to the world about this city.
