When Scarlet Rain moves to Detroit she knows things are going to change ,but is she ready for the changes that come when she meets Coleson Blaine. Coleson is your stereotypical bad boy he's in a gang , he's a player and doesn't give two shits about anyone. Scarlet is the "emo" girl she didn't think of herself that way but everyone else does ,she's actually sweet, caring,and super hyperactive.
