Kat was just kicked out of the foster care system, leaving her poor and homeless and her only friend is a junkie. She lies and steals to get what she wants. She roams the streets of the upper east side in New York; Selling dope to all the spoiled rich kids who are looking for a high. She just happens to hate rich people. She believes they have no respect for those who don't have any money, but when she meets him will her accusations be proven true or will everything she believes be wrong?
Derek is rich, arrogant, selfish, inhumane, and just doesnt give a crap. His dad hates him and paid him off just because he doesnt want anything to do with him, so now he has more money than he knows what to do with. Until one night he meets the girl who has nothing, but herself. She comes off as strong, confident, mysterious, and she shares her hate for rich people. Hes crude and mean to her just for the fun of it, but he always goes back to her when he needs her. She teaches him, changes him, and leaves him, but before she does she finds out about the things not all people think of when it come to rich people.
What happens when he cares so much he will do anything to get her back? Will she accept him for what she thinks he's like or love him for everything hes not?
