In Emersyn's Light
A global pandemic has seen so many people separated from love ones, families spread, torn, missing each other. Yet, in this separation, in this darkness that is the world, her light keeps shinning. It always did. The only difference is that it's lighting up my phone screen this time instead. Can two souls find each other again after so much time? Can the distance actually bring them closer together? Or has just too much happened, too much history, too much time, heartbreak, pain. Is there a need to reopen old wounds? Is it worth it? My Past or Present!
A Past and Present definitely involve the people in it, but they both have more than that to offer. The situations, the choices made for you and the choices made by you in the past were and the choices would be made for you and by you in the present are as important as the people. Is it possible to fight everything in the past and engulf the present? Or will the external factors will delay the desired result of such fight even after going through the fight? The story of another confused person who is self misjudged and misjudged by others in a whole level or maybe only partly. When life doesn't go the way Logan has planed and her past catches up to her, her unborn child and her daughter she is forced to ask for help from her ex best friend. You must have heard many stories where two people forced into marriage eventually become eternal lovers. And of course, there's always a villainess-the ex-girlfriend-who tries desperately to break them apart but never succeeds, right? But here, I am that ex-girlfriend. I'd dreamed of weddings before, in my youth; and in every scenario, I had always thought it to be the happiest day in my life: surrounded by my closest friends and family and laughing in my gorgeous white dress with flowers in my hair.
