When Darkness Burns II: Ghosts Rising

Alexander and Farley O'Maide have had a happy life, ruling and Emperor and Empress to the vampiric world, even making a private part of the world just theirs. But they do have one major problem, and that is a vampire went rouge, took a group with him, and are now becoming a major threat to the peace that Alexander has made.

With war on the horizon, this should be the main focus of the Emperor, right? Not when after a 100 years, and old familiar face that caused so much grief for them both shows up again, alive and well, claiming to be in service to the primordial entity Death as his personal Reaper.

How will they deal with the ghost of their past, all while trying to keep war from destroying the utopia that the O'Maide clan has made for the world of vampires?
