Luis is a sixteen year old boy with short, brown, curly hair, chocolate brown eyes, five foot six, and has a personality that nobody can seem to read. He has attended school, and still does, regularly at Freedom High School in Brooklyn, New York for three years since his family was stationed at Fort Hamilton. His life at home looked wonderful to those who he was close to. When friends were invited they couldn't believe what they were experiencing. A big house, stairs that led to a second floor, a bathroom in every room, a huge kitchen to prepare well cooked meals, and a divine living room with much needed space for fun family activities or to hang around after a long day.
It surprised Luis a lot because they were just visiting. They didn't know what really happens behind closed doors when nobody was around to witness the horror in his eyes.
