Summary:

"We all know the legendary lines, the prose that sparked a thousand maidens to sigh unison, the story of adventure, fantasy, love, and magic, people have been searching for, for almost an eternity. The words that sparked flames to appear upon the paper itself, dancing and swaying with an allure that enchanted us", he paused, "Well I'm not saying we're like that, are you kidding me, honestly who has the time for all that romantic hoo-ha?" he asked turning to his partner-in-crime, and then sighing and continuing, "It's simple, he's a raven and I'm a jaybird, individually we don't pack much of a punch, but", he smirked sharply, "Put us together and let our allies fly free, and we will take you on a rough ride!" he promised and smiled with all his teeth showing. "Oh speaking of, unlike the original, we're not really aiming to be a tragedy", he paused and smirked again, "Truth is we're pack animals, and we know what it means to be a pack, it's a pity you have no idea what that means", he sighed heavily and turned to leave.

His partner sighed, "We should stop and get some food", he said wiping the blood on his jeans.
