Techno was a dictator bent on world domination, Mega was a superhero better known as MegaPvP who wants to help villains recover. As part of Techno's regime, He attempts to capture Mega's city unknowing of the consequences that would follow.
Credit to @Idkwhatiam12 for the idea of the villain au and also the superpower thing soo... basically the whole thing. Go check them out!

Wilbur Soot is a 20 year old scientist. A mad one, at that. Creating strange creatures and suspicious smelling liquids is all he does, aside from running away from heroes. Why he's half crazy isn't known, though. Wilbur is normal most of the time, but he sometimes just completely switches into a completely inferential person. Techno thinks it might be some trauma thing or that maybe Wilbur has some cognitive disorder or something. Speaking of Techno; Technoblade, or Techno, (who is also 20) is Wilbur's janitor/mechanic. Cleaning spilled radioactive fluids and Wilbur's assorted messes, and fixing broken tables and machines. This is his job, he does it every day without questions. He's aware of what Wilbur does, and that he's hiding from heroes and is considered a villain, but does he give a fuck? Not one. Techno wasn't always strong, but over the few years of breathing in toxic fumes, protecting himself from Wilbur's escaped experiments and putting them back where they belong, and helping Wilbur fight off heroes so he can keep his job and not be unemployed, he's gained some mass to his bones. Everyone in the world has powers, with the help of Quackity a police force called 'The Badgers' was founded, which made it illegal to use your powers. The ones who do use their powers are taken away and never seen again. Technoblade is immortal and is unable to shut his powers off, making him and Philza continuously hunted down. Techno doesn't care about petty mortals, that is, until he meets Tommy. Tommy is a kid who accidentally used his powers and was taken away from his family along with his brother. This is a Royal AU, Techno is the eldest prince whilst Phil is the king. His brothers, Wilbur and Tommy had troubled Techno in his practices and training as he will be crowned king after his father. He was told by his father that he will need a queen to rule with him and accompany him. Hello! So before we start this is 100% going to have Blood Death Mentions of injury and cussing it mAy have Angst and ships but its a may. So in this AU everybody has some sort of power and a power source! Dream's mask gives him strength but he loses a bit of sanity. After he stops he gets weakness George's glasses (he has to be wearing them on his eyes) let's him see some of the future but it's limited. After he's done he has a headache. Pain depends on how long he goes into the future Sapnap's headband gives him speed 2 but he can't control how long it is. After 2 minutes he gets slowness 2. Bad's hood gives him flight but he can't go that fast. After he's done he can only jump a slab. So the 4 are just playing a casual manhunt with no powers as Dream stated in the rules.
