In an alternate world Clark Kent, born Kal-El, was sent to Earth with his twin sister Kalia-El. What would happen if their pod's stasis chambers were compromised on different levels during the trip to Earth and her own being so heavily damaged that it is released causing her death as it went hurtling towards a meteor. Only in this world a safety feature was installed and implemented causing her section to do a complete reboot, having her end up nearly 4 years older then Kal upon their arrival on Earth. The reboot completely erased Jor-El's brainwaves from the AI system restoring it to the default state of obeying the first to activate it, though still keeping all information stored within. With Kalia-El's mind awakened from stasis, that's her. Her education system is activated and she has the basic knowledge of her people downloaded into her mind.

What will happen now that Kalia-El is there from the very beginning with the knowledge of not only the English language but the knowledge of powers that will be gained and how to use the pod to not only create proof of their existence but name the Kent's their new parents? With the knowledge of who she and her brother are will things still be the same or will fates be diverged from their written paths?

Let's hope Earth is ready for a Super Woman

"A boy from Daxam and a girl from Krypton." Daxamites and Kryptonians have been at war for years. The only thing they share is a red sun. One day, Alura (In-Ze) Zor-El and her husband, leaders of Krypton, offer a deal to the Daxamites. They would meet up first on Krypton, where they would stay for a few days, before the Kryptonians would do the same on Daxam. The Queen Rhea and King Lar Gand of Krypton agreed to it, signing off the deal and ending with a handshake. This is where our story begins. A 13-year-old Kara Zor-El was called to the serious meeting to entertain the playful Prince of Daxam. When she brought him to her room, he made fun of her and ordered her around. Kara was annoyed at him, and stormed off to her "secret garden". Mon-El sneaked after her, where he was pleasantly surprised. He fell for her, but never told her. When the two planets had made peace, she never saw Mon-El again. When Krypton was on the brink of destruction, Kara was sent to Earth with Kal-El, her cousin, but like the original story, she was knocked into the Phantom Zone. When Krypton was destroyed, Daxam went along with it, the red sun collapsing into both planets. Mon-El escaped, in a Daxamite Pod, to the nearest safe planet, Earth. He, too, was knocked into the Phantom Zone, landing in the prison of Fort Rozz. When Kara's pod got loose, his did too, but they landed at two completely different places altogether. When they meet, will their friendship turn into something more or will the spark that Mon-El had burn out? Will a certain girl from Saturn ruin everything? Will Kara believe that he was the boy she met so many years ago or will she think he is one of the prisoners her mother had put in Fort Rozz? AU in which they had known each other. Everything else is the same. Disclaimer: I only own the plot. Everything else belongs to the CW and DC Comics. Cover credit: LordMesa Art *New chapters are posted weekly!*

❖2021 Watty Awards Shortlist❖ Kevin was just a normal 10 year old kid until he saw a woman vanish right before his eyes. This made Kevin just a little bit different. He paid more attention to people now. Little did he know that this little difference would kill him the next time he encountered another alien about to return home. It would tear him apart, cell by cell, until he was unmade. His mind being transported away. --- So distantly far away there is a race that advanced to the point where they built dyson spheres to house their civilizations. In their continual expansion, they seeded galaxies with pods and connection satellites. Over time they upgraded their dyson spheres into matryoshka brain Cores. Imagine a computer powered by a star. Citizens of Cores no longer age once they upload their minds into the virtual living system of the Core. While they didn't age, most still choose to cycle through life and death though at a different scale of time compared to our lives. Citizens can visit other planets and live there as if they were on a "vacation". Mercury is Earth's hub connected to the closest Core and Earth is a remote vacation spot for wealthy citizens. When the main character was 10 he witnessed a citizen returning to the Core. The story continues 10 odd years later when he again witnesses a similar situation unfolding and manages to touch the person returning to the Core. This causes him to be swept up in the transfer as well and for his mind to join as a "Guest" user of the Core. As a Guest he has limited powers, a starting balance of zero cr or Citizen credits, and no idea how he can get home. He is the first human to ever become a Guest of a Core. Where money itself is the highest form of their science.
