After the events of "The De Vil Wears Puppies," Dawkins is still heartbroken over the loss of Princess Positron. One day, however, he ends up getting a murderous criminal arrested and being entrusted by the police to conceal their signature weapon. Can this little genius pup handle such a huge responsibility?
