This story take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is different because that's the way my imagination wants it to be. If you don't like how it is, don't read it; I'm not gonna deal with your crap.
This story is more about Peter Parker's life, rather than it being about him being Spider-Man. I guess this happens in a time where Steve and Tony never fought, the battle in New York never happened. I guess that everyone is all good being them superhero-selves, living in Avengers Tower(except Peter he still lives with May)
