Izuku never got the encouragement he needed leading for him to become a bittersweet local hero to people near his run down apartment.
Sadly the hero were talking about isn't the legal hero he's just a man who plays piano at a local restaurant entertaining and being the support for peoples dreams so others won't feel like how he did when he finally gave up on being a hero
