Danny can't take the hatred, neglect and the downright loathing he gets from the town and from people his age, so he decides to leave. He leaves notes for his two best friends and his sister, and then takes off. Vlad steps in, having long given up on Danny joining him, and offers him some help. Danny ends up in Washington,D.C. Where he gets to meet - and confuse, to his ever growing amusement - the newest additions to the superheroes community. But someone wants Danny's life - or what's left of it - and they won't stop until they get it. Can the Team help and also get this new guy - who they keep running into - to help them, or will Danny stay out of the game, fearing more hatred from a new area?

Danny's identity is known for sure, by Sam, Tucker, Vlad and Jasmine.
Danny is 20, and acknowledged by the superheroes as the first teen superhero, who saved the world without a mentor to guide him.

He had lost his grandparents, his mother, Bianca, his friends, and then Hazel... he missed her more than he could bare. He only knew his sister for around a year before he had lost her, and not a single day had passed in the last two years that he hadn't thought of her. He couldn't go to either camp or the underworld without feeling like his chest would explode from the pain. He knew she was in a better place. Her and Frank were in Elysium with Jason, Piper, and the rest of the heroes that died in the wars. She was at peace. Maybe she had even managed meet his mother and they were watching him now... though he honestly hoped they weren't.
