Norta, Dashi's largest moon, explodes mysteriously and leaves an entire galaxy wondering why. Daisha Malia and her Della named Petra maneuver complicated political consequences as they attempt to keep Project Lotus secret from anyone outside the regals. They face criticism from their universal rivals while they quietly rebuild the project and manage a territorial conflict that is slowly spiraling into chaos.

A brilliant scientist turned radical is thrown into inconvenient predicaments that force him to get creative while a reporter is torn between loyalty and bravery. A doctor must choose if she is willing to sacrifice her career, and possibly her life, when she encounters a former sonic pilot that has taken up a revolutionary flag. The pilot begins to feel the weight of an X as he grapples with faith and allegiance.

Dashian X is devastated and the galaxy turns a blind eye. The X is dry and unforgiving but upon Norta's explosion, an anger is born. However, that anger is useless without a leader to harness it and guide it toward the source. There is only one man that wears an X with pride and his reach is far. The Xers want more than revenge but Azure Dashi has bigger plans that begin with a young girl.

The destruction of Norta begins a chain reaction that pits friend against friend and patriots against revolutionaries. War looms over Dashi but Project Lotus could be the trump card that turns the tide.

The child, who has no father of this planet, will be known as the Unum, a child to lead Saffire. The Helper will battle to keep the Gravidarum safe until the Unum is born. The people of Saffire have been waiting to see The Coming fulfilled. Demalynn assembles a group of clackers to get her home, the most important of which is a fellow clacker: eighteen-year-old Aiden. Starpiercer: Sunlight's Edge by Neptondoodle
22 parts Complete Mature
Nobody said Rock Hauling would be easy. Throughout settled space, terraforming is the fuel that drives the interstellar economy. For some worlds, this is easy. For others, lacking resources, or on the periphery, this is an unattainable dream. Through the eyes of workers, astronauts and intellectuals, Sunlight's Edge follows an attempt to revitalize the crumbled terraforming project of the barren, poverty-stricken and resource-poor planet of Tylo. To carry this out, the beggared planetary government has commissioned the crew of the aging, if powerful asteroid-cracker Caroline Rowland to make the three-month journey to a distant asteroid belt and tug a selected asteroid back into orbit for conversion into a space station. This is difficult enough by itself, but located in a strategic demilitarized zone between two rival interstellar hegemons, Tylo and it's project may be the flashpoint for a conflict of apocalyptic proportions, with the Caroline Rowland and her crew as the spark that lights the tinder. This is the debut novella for the world of Starpiercer, a planned series of novels set in the 200-world region of Solace with accompanying illustrations, sketches, maps, technical details and more. Read along to meet alien species, experience real and speculative technologies, and follow a sprawling interconnected narrative over multiple novels and multiple series, with fully realized histories, culture groups, physics, biology, anthropology and thousands of pages of worldbuilding. This story has been fully written, and more sections will be published daily, hourly, or in other chunks.

The Adventures of Morley and Boots: The crew of the Leapfrog travel randomly about the galaxy in search of unique lifeforms to trap & trade. Intra-galactic poaching is profitable, but risky - like when an Evil Intergalactic Empire accuses you of capturing their Goddess, and you don't even know which critter she is! End Game: In an alternate near-future Indochina, Imperial France still rules, much to the chagrin of the local Siamese. Ratana's brother is captain of a premiere league football team, and a hero to the Siamese - and when he is booted from the squad to make space for the son of a powerful nobleman, it sets off a chain of events that could result in the toppling of the Empire. Self-Assembly Required: Human civilization has been almost entirely destroyed by a catastrophic plague of nanites, but one city remains, hidden and protected by Hydra, a team of all-female nano/human hybrids. Is the arrival of a roguish, lone-wolf mercenary a sign that human civilization is recovering, or the event that could destroy the few remaining survivors? The Woman from Mars: The robotic crew of the Basilisk thought humans were gone, long gone. But when they are sucked back in space and time to Jupiter's moon Europa in 2552, they discover a Viking civilization with the technology to rebuild human civilization - assuming the woman from Mars can complete her mission. Blasted Futures is a short story collection. Xeorxia *NEW*

40 parts Ongoing Mature

Xeorxia is a planet in the middle of its first war. That of which is with, Earth. Earth has been said to have superior numbers but Xeorxia has much more technological advancement. The only question is how far can their technology really go. Unlike earth with primates ruling the world Xeorxia gave birth to the rise of 4 armed 2 legged Aranea sapiens (Aka spider people). Xeorxia was formed with two moons and a red giant for a sun causing the plants and animals to be purple in hue. An abundance of oxygen also causes the Xeorxians to be taller than normal bipedal (walking on two legs) due to the extra weight. Geia is a relatively short hotheaded Xeorxian who always wants to push things past their limits like herself and others around her. Geia tends to do things before thinking through but lot of the outcomes turn out to be in her favor. Energy is a tall levelheaded Xeorxian who loves to bend objects and places to her needs like snapping branches off of trees to make a more comfortable sniping spot. Energy tends to have to drag Geia away from horrible decisions that could get her hurt or in the maimed. This is the rendition of the first 'Xeorxia' so it should be atleast a thousand times better.
