During the evacuation of Black Mesa ordered by the HECU (Hazardous Environment Combat Unit), three Marines, a Security Guard, a Laser Coolant and a HEV (Hazardous Environment Suit) Scientist were left together abandoned inside the terrors of Black Mesa.
Unfortunately, after encounter numerous Xen Creatures in order to escape, a Nuke was detonated. Killing every infested Sector in the Facility and stranded Survivors inside as well. But, fate stepped in and suddenly saved these five by transporting them into another world. It might confirm they were killed, but maybe some 'thing' managed to save them before their doom.
