You probably think I'm being melodramatic.

You're probably right.

I, as a writer, tend to get real-life emotions and fantasies mixed up a lot. But see that's the whole point I'm trying to make here.

This writer should never fall in love cause see, she'll just keep making the "story" up as it goes on. The writer is me, yes. I'm the type of writer that can't just think up the perfect story just from their imagination. I'm the type of writer that needs to have experienced the things she writes about and twists the story around from there. That's why I shouldn't fall in love anymore. It's unfair to whoever I think I'm falling in love with. I mean, all they want is to probably talk and get to know each other while my mind is on how we'll spend our second anniversary together in a small town in England with our only girl. I'll probably have already thought of how they'd somehow by some miracle on my part, they'd change their ways and turned into the perfect person for me. And in the middle of it all, I'll realize that I wasnt falling in love with the person anyway, I was falling in love with the idea of them that I made up in my head.

So to remind myself of how I shouldn't fall in love anymore, I'm writing down the stories of every person I've ever thought I've loved.
