Pokemon World: God of Hate Chapter 2

This is the continuation of Pokemon World Chapter 1.
One day, in Cupiditurbs city, weird behavior has been spotted in pokemon. They were becoming progressively more hostile towards people to a point where it was forbidden by law to let them outside. It was a major problem to people who's jobs had anything to do with pokemon. The phenomenon rapidly spread across the city, country, and globe. It wasn't a disease, despite being called the "Plague", nobody knew what it was. After a few days, pokemon began actively trying to kill people, even their own trainers. With wild ones from the forest coming out to storm cities, it was clear that the world is going to change beyond recognition.
Meanwhile, the main characters are scattered around the giant lake, most of them imprisoned in some way. Will they find the source of the Plague? Will they be able to stop it? Will Frank stop being a moron?
