We stood outside the patio,only our breath and the bird's chirping could fill the silence.
"What if your girlfriend cheated on you?"I said popping our shallow balloon.
"She wouldn't"he said shrugging like it was nothing
"HYPOTHETICALLY!,how would you know what's different about you,or what would you do so that...she wouldn't cheat"
In the midst of my small rant, I gave up and waited for something...anything but pity.
Looking up I saw him take long strides towards me- face void of any emotion. He stopped close enough for me to feel his hot breath on my face. He gently placed his hands on my jaw, running them down my neck. His hold on me, tightened with every breath I took. He turned my face to the side, lowering his lips to my ears. I felt every jolt and intake of air.
Lifting his face,he stared me down. In hopes of finding what he would describe as weak but found nothing. I didn't want to show anything.
In a flash his lips were on mine responding quickly to the rough yet passionate kiss pushing me further against the wall...
I knew then that it would be the death of me,if I ever breathed the same air he did. If I ever happened to be his,it would be a nightmare wrapped in a dream.
