Naruto neglected by His family

Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze was the fifth child, he has one older brother and a older sister being four year older than him, a sister being three year older and a sister being one year older than Naruto.

Naruto was neglected all of his family because they thought he was just normal, no bloodline of any Uzumaki or Namikaze. What would happen to this child when he only has a dying Kuruma inside of him and his siblings have the Chakra, each of the children have 24% of Kuruma's Chakra.
