When a gang of crazy hoodlums starts vandalizing the restored classic town of Jingdian, a hero named Mr. Lu rises to the occasion. He isn't fighting for justice, though. He is filming his own kung fu battles to assemble a portfolio in the hopes of becoming a martial arts movie star. Join the courageous kung fu warrior Mr. Lu, a pretty goth lady named Angela, the musical android Cyber Sister, and some other guy whose name I forgot in an ass-kicking adventure that can still be seen even through all of the graffiti.
