Izuku the omnipotent child of the multiverse

The multiverse was watching over all the different worlds and dimensions that exist but sets its eyes on a certain world called earth and over the years they had developed a thing called quirks but they also saw the corruption in that world and decided that they were going to save that world by creating an omnipotent being and would call it or him Izuku zeno. he would train him in the astral dimension until the age of 14 then send him to earth to become a hero at UA. (By the way i know that it sounds like i'm ripping off zeno from dbz but i'm not zeno is just the word for omnipotence in Japanese.)
