Tattoos are now illegal. They have been for the past five years. There are no more ink services of public use. Any ink shops left open were found and shutdown with the owners being imprisoned. 

So how is it that Ivy manages to stumble across this arrogant mysterious boy in the woods who's covered in them? And why won't he let her leave?

Ivy Rose is your typical goodie two shoes, always doing and listening to what she's told, at least that's what her parents believed. Ivy has always been intrigued by things she shouldn't be. Prime example being the fact that despite tattoos being illegal in her town, she seems to the person most intrigued by them. So, when she stumbles across an abandoned cabin in the forest, the last thing she was expecting was to be captured by a man covered in tattoos...
