Some people lived a normal life. Almost perfect and exciting every step of the way, with a few normal bumps, but nothing that didn't end in a somewhat happy ending. Sapphire was not one of those people. At least she didn't think she was.

With her dad leaving, her mom spiraling out of control, and her brother, well, avoiding what was happening, everything seemed to fall onto Sapphire's shoulders. As soon as it seems like all that's happened is only going to get worse and worse, she runs into one Ricky Bowen, and he changes the pace of everything she was going through. The only issue is she doesn't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing.
