So what happens when weird and crazy get mixed together? A beautiful friendship.
Phoenix and Bill balance each other out and make each other better. Seems like the perfect couple wouldn't you think?
Then you would only be semi correct.
Phoenix sometimes forgets reality and Bill sometimes forgets that fire burns. Espionage when it come from phoenix.
