Chloe Dawn was in Gotham High, when she first met Jonathan Crane. She fell in love with him. A few years later, She realized that he's still in Gotham and now he's a criminal. When she first saw him in Arkham, he felt guilt, somehow, he wants her, as much as she wants him. Will scarecrow let them? will their love survive? will another Rouge fall in love with her? or Is she going to turn into a villain like Jonathan?
