His Plaything

"Oysters?" I ask in amusement.
The evil grin tells me they mean more than just shell fish, "They're aphrodisiacs," he says simply. I try to hold my amusement but can't as my grin turns to a smirk.
I pick one up, "Now why are you choosing aphrodisiacs? I told you I don't sell my body, Mr. James. Looking is fine but touching is a no from me." I eat the oyster.
"Who said I was trying to bribe you into buy your body? No, Ms. Parker, it's much better when it's earned." He also eats an oyster.
An unamused laugh leaves me, "You're funny, don't expect any of that from me tonight."
It's like he was waiting for those exact words to leave my mouth because he's ready with a response immediately, "You said tonight, so that means eventually I can have you then? Or are you unattracted to me?" He feigns a pouts at the end.
I lean forward onto one of my elbows, "Truth be told, Mr. James, I find you very attractive, and honestly, I'm not the type of girl to project a definitive truth into the future because I don't know what the future holds. Just don't get your hopes too high, I'd hate to disappoint."
His tongue glides across his teeth and my eyes zero in on the action and smirk that follows. "Good to know I at least have a chance."
