Alexander Raynott's life had been so simple. However, life has a funny way of proving him wrong when he lost his mother. A month later, three men turn up at his door looking as though they've committed murder... several times over... and proceed to throw Alex's entire life into a tailspin.
A wild, dangerous adventure begins and Alex slowly begins to understand that his once peaceful life wasn't really what it seemed to be. He uncovers his mother's secret past, the truth about his father's disappearance, and comes to terms with who he is meant to be.
