After the burning of her kingdom, princess Lilyiana is made to marry the Prince of the eastern kingdom in order to protect her people; but after the death of her father and capture of her brother the Prince goes back on his word, forcing Lilyiana to take matters into her own hands.

Accompanied by Lord Argorn, the prince's general, she embarks on a quest to gain back her home land from the evil clutches of the cold and brutal northern kingdom. With death, betrayal and unknown magics at every corner Lilyiana is forced to learn the forbidden arts of magic.
