Esmeralda Dragonstone has been trapped inside the Mirror of Erised since her 6th year at Hogwarts. That was eight years ago. No one knows what happened to her... she was just gone. She cannot age as long as she's trapped in the mirror.
Esmeralda gave up many years ago, the Mirror had become her eternal prison. That is until she saw two young boys walk into the room holding a piece of parchment. One of them saw himself with a red-headed girl, and the other one... he saw Esmeralda.
