This book tells the story of Kaia, a naïve freshman who *crashes* into a friendship with upperclassman and popular Alana; who is dealing with her own drama. Through Alana, Kaia is taken from her life on the sidelines and thrust into Central High's most talked about couple. Alana's boyfriend Nick the senior who seems to live his life however he wants with little, if any, consequences. Regarded highly as THE* guy, Kaia decides Nick is solely responsible for the drama in Alana's life... But is he? Kaia is determined to help Alana and decides to confront Nick into choosing Alana and bring an end to the drama but when an unexpected friendship develops Kaia must re-examine what she thought she knew. And when everyone starts to point the blame at Alana, Kaia struggles to accept what's in front of her, causing her own buried memories to remerge. Now Kaia must decide between love and admiration. This my first attempt at writing anyyyy type of story! I was very excited about it and overall, I am happy with the journey my characters go on, they grow a little but learn a lot. It may be a rough read but I think a good one overall. Hope you enjoy and please be honest with your feedback/thoughts!
