Draco Malfoy is in his seventh year at Hogwarts. Well, really his eighth, but after the war, his class was invited to come back and finish their education. His mother and father make him go, so he is forced into what used to be his home, but is now his prison. Students give him wary looks in the hallway, and teachers glance at his left forearm everywhere he goes.
He is petrified by the way he must act, the way he was taught to act since before he could walk.
