So basically when Ash was born he was an Arcmew. The only one of its kind. He was born as one since his parents are Arceus and Mew. They gave Ash/arcmew to a woman named Delia who lived in a small town in Kanto named pallet town. They wanted ash to be close to humans because his job as a legendary was to save the human and pokemon. Basically the world. They also wanted him to grow up as a human to become a trainer. Also in this book there is only one region called Kanto of course. This region has every type of pokemon. Hope you enjoy bye!
