There is a world, a world full of The Powerful, where using your abilities or "powers" is wanted and acceptable.
There is a Council, a group of 15 highly respected and very Powerful individuals who keep a balance in The Powerful's world... For themselves.
There is the Vincent Redd Co., and evil company testing on The Powerful, hoping to "neutralize" the world for personal vengeance.
There are two rebel groups, both secret underground corporations rebelling against The Council, and the Vincent Redf Co.. One hoping to rule the society, another trying to free it.
And there is a girl, Autumn Dale, who carries a dark secret around with her, making her isolated from society, she is the one and only Powerless.
