Now, she is the first women ever, to be a fire-fighter in Squad 3 at Firehouse 51. Together with Kelly and Andy, the 3 best friends became fire-fighter. Kelly took the Lieutenant test and became the Lieutenant in Squad 3. She decided to study for the E.M.T test while Kelly took the Lieutenant test. 

Finally, Rebekah got what she wanted, to be a fire-fighter. She decided that now she's ready to be in a relationship years after trying to hold off from having a relationship to focus on her goals but what she doesn't know is that it's going to be an emotional roller-coaster ride.

She was now engaged to a big time lawyer in New York and couldn't be happier. She left so many friends behind but she also left behind someone that she thought she would spend forever with. But he broke her heart. When Jessica shows up at the reunion Kelly Severide is shocked. He never expected to see her again. He broke up with her the night she left Chicago because he didn't want to hold her back. He has hated himself since that night. He's happy to see her but he tries to push his feelings for her to the side. Especially since he was engaged to be married. Is this fate or is this what they both need to be able to move on?
